Needless to say, no property sale has ever had a problem with the quality of our work.

If this kind of work is not done right the first time, fixing it is expensive and time consuming — some contractors will therefore be reluctant to accept that their work is not up to standard. For example, poor planning or bad block shape and positioning can result in risks of flood damage.

Not only do we always get it right the first time, we will always endeavor to ensure every customer is 100% satisfied before we leave. To date, after several hundred jobs, Blisscon has not a single complaint which we have been unable to rectify, or which has resulted in legal action.

Some contractors will cut corners to save on costs. For example, using sub- standard materials in less noticable areas, or using unevenly sized stone blocks that give you uneven and dangerous steps. Unless each block is finely dressed on site, it's stability, fit, and safety may be compromised.

We individually hand pick every stone block for your job at the quarry to ensure each of your blocks is to the exact right size, shape, and quality before they are even delivered to your site. Once the block is on site, we then spend however long is necessary to make small fitting adjustments to ensure each block fits perfectly.

Every property is unique and we therefore design each solution on an individual basis. Some contractors will for example use the same size septic system regardless of the property size to save on costs. This means larger properties have inadequate installations.

You can be confident that we will recommend the right solution to fit your requirement rather than provide a common specification to everyone. Not only does this mean you will get the right specification for your property, it means that you will not have future problems arising from a sub-standard specification.
